FNwF

Was on again last night.     Progress was made on one of the Christmas tablerunners.    All the strips are now sewn on, trimmed with the binding cut but yet to be put on.

Time to pull out the knitting needles and finish off the shaping of the crown on the beanie that was started last week.

I am pleased to say that the challenging jigsaw is now finished but disappointingly one piece is missing.

Thanks Cheryll for organing us for another fun night of sewing/crafting especially in these lockdown times.

Back soon and in the meantime stay safe and

Happy sewing all

  1. That pattern always makes up a lovely table runner...
    Cute beanie.
Nice finish on the puzzle even with the missing piece...
Good to have hobbies to keep you busy at this worrying time. XX

  2. Lovely table runner and beanie. Frustrating when there is a puzzle piece missing.

  3. Very pretty table runner. Looks like a quilt-as-you-go project? How sad that a piece of the puzzle was missing. I like to donate my puzzles when I'm done with them and, if a piece is missing, I circle on the picture where it's missing so whoever gets it 1: knows that there's a piece missing, and 2: where the missing piece is. Have a great weekend!

  4. Thats a very pretty runner and well done with another beanie... it's so frustrating when a piece is missing and that one is a bit obvious too!! WE have just started an opshop one and wonder if there will be a bit missing... always a gamble getting second hand...

  6. You've been very busy. Do you use quilt as you go when you make those runners?

  7. More lovely projects on the go. The beanie is very pretty. Onky 1 piece missing! Very annoying.

  8. Lots of great projects on the go, and the jigsaw puzzles look great. I did a massive one "many" years ago, and glued it to a piece of wood and made a table out of it. Not done one since though.
