Half Way Point

It is now the end of June and I have arrived at the half way point of the year and have 6 months of circles for 365 Quilty to show for it.   The circles below are for June  and as you can see I have a few to finish off but have found the appropriate fabric to suit the day.

I think that it is time to get all my circles out and have a play with them to see just how they are going to end up but before that I need to sew up my 9 patch  blocks that I am making for the Rainbow Scrap challenge.     This month the colour is hot pink and it seems that I do not have a shortage of pink in my stash.

I have finally finished pulling all those threads through, burying and tying them off on the bedrunner. Should I confess that it took 4 1/2 hours to do so!!!!!

On with the blue and white binding that matches the border and another finish.    Hopefully I will be back before the end of the week with a photo and in the meantime

Happy sewing all

Hot pink! Wow! I'm not particularly fond of pink (was "pinked" out when a little girl)....but love the squares....looking forward to seeing the nine patch.
