I was asked if I could make 2 sets of 2 placemats and two masks as birthday gifts. That was an easy request. The first set of placemats
The recipients were extremely happy with their gifts and I was extremely happy that the gifts were what was requested.
There was a Zoom session with the Chookshed stitchers a couple of weeks ago
And I was able to sew up some toppers for kitchen towels while chatting away.
Those toppers now look like this.
Some of them still need button holes made and buttons sewn on and once that has been done they will end up in my giftie/stall box.
I had an order come in for a dress for a 6 year old girl. Ready to be delivered tomorrow.
Once I have finished reading this book
A start will be made on one of these books that I picked up during the week.
Back soon and in the meantime
Happy sewing all

Lovely placemats and masks. It's always nice to make gifts folks request.
Those towels with hanging tops are so useful. Love mine.
Sweet dress.
Enjoy your reading.
Lovely placemat and mask gifts. Such a pretty little dress too xx
Very nice placemats and the little dress is so cute. I don't how you get sewing done during a zoom. I zoom with cross stitch and start out ok but then the conversation distracts me. LOL.
Lots of sewing... I enjoyed the tea ladies book.... good giggle...

All your projects have turned out very nicely. I read a good review on The Tea Ladies, but still have to read it. I read her book about the Jacaranda Retirement Village and enjoyed it.
Lovely finishes, enjoy the books, I did enjoy The passenger
More beautiful projects. The last book is an entertaining light read thar I enjoyed a while ago. I have noted the other one to see what it is about.
