FNSI

Hubs and I went out to lunch yesterday for Christmas in July

Needless to say the kitchen was closed except for a toasted sandwich so extra time was spent in the sewing room finishing off the purple potato chip block

As well as tying off and burying the ends on another small quilt.

A patch of pretty purple flowers spotted while on a walk

Always nice to go out for lunch - and the bonus of more sewing time! The potato chip top is looking great. xx

I must try some Potato Chip blocks - I've done crumb blocks and I can't say I like them much.

Always good to have an excuse not to cook!

Lunch looks yummy! Glad that they gave you the perfect excuse for bonus time in the sewing room. Looks like you made great use of the time too!
