Cosy bowl holders

Last year I made a few cosy bowl holders and had some fabric leftover which was put aside with the thought that I would make more of them one day.   The ideal time to do so arrived when I saw that the colour for March was lime and yellow greens.   The inside of the bowl holders all have soft greens in there somewhere.

There was enough of the yellow green fabric to use as the outside for 4 bowls only.  On the remaining two I used a beige leftover piece.   I am pleased to say that all of those left fabric pieces that were put aside have now been converted into bowl holders.

Back soon and in the meantime.

Happy sewing all

I've never made any of these, but they look so useful! Pretty fabric, too!

Great idea Karen, especially with the cooler months approaching... well, in some parts of the country anyway!

I have always wanted to make some of these bowls. But I never seem to get to them. Thanks for linking up with Oh Scrap!

A great finish - and a great way to use leftover fabric! They look so neat - are they a pain to make? x

Hello, from Washington State! I made bowl cozies for Christmas gifts. I made 22 of them. I have been meaning to make more. Perhaps for post will encourage me to get busy! Torry
