Apart from going for my early morning swim and hanging out washing I did not put my nose outside the door yesterday as the temperature climbed rapidly and reached 42 celcius by 12 midday. It was a good day to make an early start on FNSI and some secret Christmas sewing.
I am pleased to report that hubs is home from hospital and all is well. No further treatment is needed.

We are so pleased that the patient is on the mend and back home. Inside with the air con is the best place to be in weather like that. Fortunately, we didn’t get that hot here. It does sound like Christmas Day will be a better temp.

Oh I wish!! It looks like we'll be having a cold wet Christmas here in NZ.
Good news about your husband. Wow! That's too hot! It's been warm here and humid but expected to ramp up this week...yay! Definitely a good time to be sewing in the cool xx
