A production line

I find is the best way to go when making multiples of an item and in this case it is back to bowl cosies.  Last week  the fabrics were cut out and 80 darts sewn - each bowl cosie has 8 darts and there are 10 of them.

When joining in a Zoom session with the Chookshed Stitchers on Sunday morning

I managed to get the 10 bowl cosies pinned together and ready to stitch

The aim is to have these finished by the end of the week.  The way the rain is still falling down outside this should not be too much of a challenge to stay warm and dry in the sewing room.

Next book on the pile to read.   I have read a couple of  books by this author before and have enjoyed each of them.    This one is proving to be just as enjoyable.

Another beanie on the needles

Time needs to be spent on the next lot of churn dash blocks.    Some of the Chookshed Stitchers have made very good progress with theirs.

Hubs has just called out that coffee is ready so I best head off and get it while it is hot.

Back soon and in the meantime

Happy sewing all

Hopefully the sun is out at your place now. After a cloudy start, it's shining brightly here now. Even contemplating putting on some washing... only contemplating ;-)

I agree, production line stitching works so well. I hope you get them finished.
