Oops it is not teal for April it is red. Thanks to Janice and Maria for pointing me in the right direction. So back to the scraps again this time for red - a further rummage needs to be done - enough was found for library bags and yes red yarn for a beanie.
Being the first Friday night of the month it is FNwF. No sewing occurred but time was spent hunting through scrap fabrics to find teal which is this month' s RSC. Not much was revealed in the way of teal but I did find turquoise which is described as being a medium colour of teal and aqua which is described as being light teal so that is what I will be working with this month. I did however find some teal yarn and cast on 91 stitches for a beanie.
Back soon and in the meantime
Happy sewing all

A productive evening, but it was confusing about the RSC colour for this month. It is actually red. She was just hunting for thread for thread to quilt the next section of her quilt.
Yes I’m also making red for RSC this month . Angela was looking for thread in teal like Janice said… happy hunting in the red bin….
Now you'll have ahead start when it's 'Teal' month :)
Have fun what ever colour you use. LOL
Hahaha! Enjoy playing with both colours and as Narelle said you’ll be in front when teal comes up.
Love the 'teal' fabric and the blue yarn.
Nice red's and those teals will no doubt come in later in the year. xx
