The Claytons Scrub stitching

Chookyblue is running her annual Scrub Stitching again this year and those of us who are not attending in person can play alongside at home.   A thank you goes to Susan who has organised The Claytons Scrub Stitching.

What a good opportunity to work on my red scraps as this is the chosen RSC this month.    My wish list is

1.    Red potato chip block

2.    library bags

3.    Sewing mat when using the overlocker

4.    A red beanie

5.    A child's charity quilt

And anything else that crosses my mind with the fabrics that I have.

It looks like the dates for S/S are from the 9th to 13th April  during that time the school holidays start and Miss M is coming to stay with us for part of the first week so I will work with what time I have before she arrives.  First up will be the potato chip block.

I did not post the 2 plate cosies and heat packs that were ordered last week.   Here they are below.  The plate was purely for show not part of the order.

These 2 beanies were also finished off a little while ago.  I like using that magic stripes yarn it makes me look so clever.

Back soon with my red scrap progress and in the meantime

Happy sewing all

You’ve made a great list, I haven’t thought of it yet…
