They now look like this.
But they have remained like that for quite a few years so no more projects are going to be started until this one is finished. My original plan was to applique them onto white background blocks, QAYG and make them into a bed topper and after having a play around with them yesterday I will stick with that plan. This is going to be my October OMG and if I am honest it will be November's OMG also as there is quite a lot of work to still go before I can declare a finish.
Back soon and in the meantime

oh now I feel bad. I was working on my hex UFO and got distracted by a shiny new project (or two)... I'm a bad quilter...bad!
Just getting into hexies myself. Looking forward to seeing your quilt. Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and good luck with your project.
Beautiful hexie rosettes there. That quilt is going to look amazing when finished. 7 years is nothing! My Insanity quilt still isn't finished after around 10 years and I still need to EPP more rosettes for the 3rd border. Good on you for being so determined.
Beautiful hexies. You will have a really pretty quilt. All the best to your goal. :)

Hexie Heaven. I am trying to find the right EPP border for my Aunt Millie quilt. This gets me to thinking about what I should do. Thanks for sharing.
