In the old gum tree.
We are hoping that the weather improves for the school holidays which start at the end of this week. Miss M is coming to stay with us for a few days and there are plans for picnics and a ferry ride if the seas calm down.
The person who ordered the four bowl cosies has ordered another two and orders for 6 more came in yesterday. The two that were phoned in last week have now been delivered.
These fabrics have been pulled from the stash and while cutting out the 6 new orders I will cut a few more to put aside for the Spring Fair in September.
Next book on the pile to read. Reading the synopsis on the back it appears that it will be light and humorous.
Back soon and in the meantime
Happy sewing all

You’re on a roll with your bowl cosies……
Do hope the rain stops soon not only for you to take Miss M out but for all the folk whose houses keep flooding.
You're doing so well with selling your bowl cozies. Yes I'm hoping this rain eases for the holidays too. My kids school was closed today and will be closed again tomorrow so they started a little earlier than expected.
Great work Karen... with your sales and orders.
I have my fingers crossed for less rain... I can sew in the sunshine too :)
Kookaburra's always, always make me smile.... Great going with the bowl cosies... how lovely to have Miss M to stay....

I enjoyed seeing the Kookaburra. :)
Wow, those are rough seas! The photo has such energy and threat at the same time. Hope it settles for your visit from Miss M.
You may be a very busy lady filling bowl cosy orders for the next little while!

Wow, orders now! Well done! Have fun with Miss M.
You've had such terrible weather - the people I deal with at work in Sydney like to share their woes!
Great that you are getting more orders!
